We process your personal data on the basis of consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the UK GDPR). By ticking the required consent checkbox on our registration form, you consent to us contacting you about PatriotDating.

Where you have also opted in to marketing communications, that processing is similarly based on your freely given, specific and informed consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Your registration data is stored in Google Sheets, a service provided by Google LLC. Google processes data in accordance with Standard Contractual Clauses and is an approved processor under UK GDPR adequacy arrangements. Data may be processed within the European Economic Area.

We will retain your data until PatriotDating launches and you have had the opportunity to create a full account, or for a maximum of 24 months from the date of registration — whichever comes first. You may request deletion at any time (see section 8).

7. Sharing Your Data

We will never sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers or any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
